Thanksgiving Piescraper for Food Network

In honour of American Thanksgiving, Food Network asked me to whip up "something epic"... and so I give you the Double-Decker Pumpkin Piescraper!

This one took some doing, I wont lie! A day to design the pie, build the armature, create the template forms, bake the base pies, another day to sculpt, paint and bake all the pastry components, and a couple hours on the third day to assemble with melted chocolate. But! the house smelled like chocolate and pumpkin pie the whole time so I don't mind :)
